Portfolio Building
I build hands-off high-quality portfolios for our clients. I locate properties that will maximise longer-term capital growth, whilst also benefiting from immediate value creation through refurbishment and other asset management initiatives. I will source properties which are available to purchase and may be advertised, or not yet on the market.
I consult throughout the entire sales process ensuring all aspects of conveyancing and surveys are undertaken correctly and investment risks are actively managed.
I project manage the refurbishment, working with established contractors and third party project managers to ensure properties are refurbished to the standards and budgets agreed.
