Fees are structured to provide clear, predictable costs for my services, allowing you to plan and budget with precision. Here’s an overview of how I partner with you:

  • Asset Management Fee: Charged annually but payable monthly, this fee is a small percentage of the assets under management. It covers the ongoing supervision and strategic handling of your investments, ensuring your properties perform optimally year-round.

  • Acquisition Fee: This one-time fee is applied to each property purchase, reflecting the intensive research, negotiations, and due diligence we conduct to secure your investments at the best possible terms.

  • Project Management Fee: For projects requiring renovation or development, this fee compensates for the meticulous oversight we provide, from contractor coordination to budget management, ensuring your projects are completed on time and within budget.

For investors interested in a closer partnership, the Joint Venture option has the added advantage of shared capital investment and profits. This model intensifies my commitment to your success, as I not only guide and manage but also invest alongside you, sharing both the risks and the rewards.
