I love property, and I have put that love to good use. I invested in my first buy-to-let property in 2009, whilst at University. Since then I have gone on to grow my own portfolio further, whilst also completing a £80m private equity backed joint venture, focused around the student HMO market. Through this we also set up and ran a property management business with rental collections of £7m per annum, which was subsequently exited once it had reached scale.
